This project involved a series of upgrades to improve the home's performance and longevity. A full mechanical room renovation was completed, including the installation of new boilers, a hot water tank, heat pumps, and an updated heating system integrated with the existing home automation controls. Exterior work included deck repairs and refinishing, as well as chimney reconstruction after the original detail was found to be causing leaks. Interior millwork was also refinished to refresh key areas of the home while preserving the home's character.
