Nordic I involved a comprehensive interior renovation along with targeted structural improvements to the home’s exterior deck. The project included the full renovation of three bathrooms, installation of new hardwood flooring throughout the home, and interior painting across all living spaces. The bathrooms feature a distinctive Venetian plaster wall finish that adds texture and depth, while one bathroom incorporates a modern in-wall toilet system. New lighting fixtures were installed throughout the home, and structural remediation work was completed on the rear deck to restore stability and long-term performance.
