Sunridge III

Sunridge III involved the careful reconstruction of the home’s front arc wall after extensive rot was discovered due to a failed building envelope detail. The wall was fully stripped and rebuilt to restore structural integrity and improve long-term durability. The work was completed in collaboration with the project architect and structural engineer to ensure both the design intent and structural requirements were properly addressed. Custom copper flashing was fabricated and installed to provide durable weather protection, and the home’s laundry room was also updated to improve functionality and finish quality.
