This renovation unfolded over multiple phases, anchored by a significant addition that extended the dining and living areas. Custom steel-framed Brombal windows were fabricated and installed throughout the home to define the new space and bring additional light into the interior. The kitchen was refreshed, with updates continuing through the laundry room and primary ensuite. A custom-built hutch was designed and crafted for the family room, integrating seamlessly with the home’s existing character.
